By submitting this form and signing up for the Wingstop Canada Bring The Heat Challenge (the “Challenge”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Be Contacted

By signing up for the Challenge, you give your express consent to be contacted by Wingstop Canada and its authorized representatives via email, phone, text, or social media for purposes related to your participation in the Challenge. This includes, but is not limited to, updates, instructions, promotional content, and follow-up communication.

2. Participation & Content Creation

By registering for the Challenge, you agree to actively participate and may be asked to create and/or share content (such as photos, videos, social posts, or written testimonials) related to your experience. You understand that any content you produce or submit as part of the Challenge may be used by Wingstop Canada for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, including reposting, resharing, or editing the content, without additional compensation.

3. Use of Likeness

You grant Wingstop Canada the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and any submitted or publicly shared content in connection with the Challenge across digital, print, and broadcast platforms, including advertising and promotional materials, in perpetuity.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be legal residents of Canada and meet any other eligibility requirements set forth in the official Challenge guidelines. Wingstop Canada reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Wingstop Canada’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Challenge, you agree to such collection and use.

6. Modifications & Termination

Wingstop Canada reserves the right to modify or terminate the Challenge, its rules, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
